Read the article below to find out exactly what to look for when choosing a guitar tutoring course and how to avoid the pitfalls most beginners make when selecting which course to go for. Looking for a guitar course to teach you how to play the guitar can be an absolute mine field for the beginner guitar student!
The internet has now become the perfect medium for sourcing all sorts of useful and not so useful information and as such more and more companies and individuals are listing their products. Here lies the problem. How do you choose between the many thousands of courses and guitar lessons that are becoming available to the beginner guitar player. You basically have two choices to make:
An online course or an offline one?
Years ago people only had one option and that was to book a lesson with a guitar tutor and turn up at a predetermined time to have the guitar lessons. Or on the odd occasion the guitar tutor would come to your home. In this day and age its all changed, we have many more options open to us. With more choices comes more chances to make costly mistakes, hence why you should try to get it right first time.
Let me explain in more detail the advantages and disadvantages of both online and offline and to help you make the correct decision when choosing which course to go for. Ill first start with online guitar lessons and courses.
Online Guitar Lessons or Courses
What do we mean exactly by an online guitar course? You have basically two methods of accessing online guitar courses and these are by download or by streaming (accessing the material while it is downloading). The downside of this type of course is that the quality tends not to be as good as hard copy DVD courses. The downloadable courses can take quite a while to download if you do not have a super fast internet connection.
Also it is very hard to build up an archive of material that you can refer back to over and over again. This is an absolute MUST HAVE when learning to play an instrument. Look also for a REAL address at the bottom of the webpage or internet site. DO NOT accept a PO Box as an address. A real address tells you that the company is legitimate and responsible. Also make sure they list a contact telephone number should you have any problems.
Offline Guitar Lessons or Courses
What are offline guitar courses?
Offline lessons or courses are given by a real person who comes to your home to conduct the lesson or in some cases the tutor will come to you. Once you have had your guitar lesson you will pay them a fee for their services. The problem with this is that it can be quite hard to find a good tutor who you gell and get along with and where can you find a tutor in your area who is up to the job?
Another problem with live guitar tutors in my opinion is that most will give you only just enough information to keep you coming back and charge you as much as they can possibly get away with. Not the best scenario.
The Disadvantages of Going for Regular Guitar Lessons.
* The problem with either traveling for a guitar lesson or having a tutor come to your home is you have to have the lesson at a predetermined time. This will probably screw up your day and everything else has to work around it.
* Your tutor may not necessarily be into the type of music you love to play which means that youll not enjoy your lessons as much as you could, which in turn means that your learning will not progress as quickly as it should.
* When learning to play an instrument you will come across something that you are not too sure about and need to ask a question or find the solution. With regular guitar lessons you will need to wait until your next lesson in order to get your questions answered. Ideally you want your answers NOW so you can get on with your progression and move to the next stage
* Most people when sitting in front of a tutor and playing back what theyve learned in the week will feel a little if not quite a bit intimidated or nervous. They will feel under pressure to get it just right in front of their tutor. What happens in most scenarios is the student will make mistakes when at home they have played the piece very well. The best scenario would be to repeat back the lesson in their own home with no pressure in familiar surroundings
So Where Does That Leave YOU?
Do not fear! There is an alternative to both these methods yet encompasses both.
The alternative is to have your lessons sent to you through the post on hard copy DVD. It is ordered over the internet allowing you to shop around WORLDWIDE and is then delivered through conventional post to your door. This method far outweighs the other two as it encompasses both, is of very high quality, you create an instant archive and lessons are given step by step in a chronological order by the same tutor.
So if this is my recommendation, which course do you choose???
Again there are many, many courses out there but which ever course you choose it should meet the following criteria:
* A FAST Structured Progression that is VERY EASY to follow and understand.
* A course of lessons created by someone who has a vast experience in the music industry, is a professional (gets paid for playing the guitar and hasnt got a job on the side), knows what he is doing and is not some wizz kid who has learned the guitar, played for about 3-4 years and trying to cash in and make a fast buck
* A course you can study and take part in, in a nice relaxed environment with no pressure put upon you, helping you to progress at lightning pace because you are in a cool, relaxed frame of mind.
* A course of lessons that you know you CAN afford and you know will be great value for money ensuring youll not get ripped off.
* A Solid, Cast Iron, No Questions Asked, FULL Money Back Guarantee. Just ask your guitar tutor for your money back once he has given you your lesson! Its not repeatable what hell say!!!
* A course of lessons that doesnt beat around the bush and gives you what you are looking for straight out of the tin bringing you on as fast as possible
* Lessons that you can refer back to over and over again that will inspire and motivate you with audio, video, illustrations and downloadable teaching aids.
* All The Fast Track Short Cuts That The Professionals DONT Want You to Know.
If you are in the process of looking for a guitar course or lessons my advice would be to take your time and do your research. There are some very, very good courses out there but be warned there are also some very bad ones. Use this guide to help you to choose a course that you think will best suit your needs.
If there is another piece of advice I can give you it would be this:
Decide on a course of guitar lessons and once you have received the first two or three lessons, make sure you are happy with them then stick with it using the SAME tutor as you will get tuned into the guitar tutors methods of teaching and wont be flipping from one set of lessons to the next, one tutor to the next and getting nowhere.
Well thats about it for this article. I hope you use the information I have listed above wisely. I will be posting some articles in the near future on guitar lessons that take the beginner through to accomplished player in the shortest possible time.

For years, people have believed that cholesterol is the major cause of heart disease. But as more and more people are diagnosed with heart diseases, efforts to expose the cholesterol lie have been taken. Dr. Dwight Lundell is one the experts who have looked deeper into the cholesterol lie and he has found a real cure for heart disease.
More than two decades of experience has led Dr. Dwight Lundell to the realization that cholesterol is not the root of heart disease. He has found that lowering your cholesterol levels will not result to lower chances of having heart attacks, heart diseases, or strokes. Through his book, "The Great Cholesterol Lie", he aims to educate people about realistic steps to prevent and cure heart disease, as well as ways to reverse the damage that has been done to the heart without taking statin medications.
The Great Cholesterol Lie reveals the cure to heart disease, may the complication be inherited or acquired. It tells people more about heart disease as something that can be prevented without having to be slaves to harmful medications and risky surgery. It takes the death sentence out of this age old disease.
While most people think that cholesterol poses a lot of risks, it is in fact important to our health. In The Great Cholesterol Lie, Dr. Dwight Lundell explains that cholesterol is vital and not evil. Our body naturally produces cholesterol and when we can supplement our supply of cholesterol through the food we eat. After years of low-fat, low-cholesterol diets, there are still a lot of people suffering from heart diseases. This should not come as a surprise as reducing the amount of fat and cholesterol in the body are not synonymous with reducing the risks of heart diseases.
So what is the real cause of heart disease? Dr. Dwight Lundell's The Great Cholesterol Lie has an answer: inflammation. Dr. Lundell talks more about this fact in his book, as well as information on bypass surgeries, fallacies of low fat diets, the confusion with the different kinds of fats, why there are people who are saved from heart disease, and many other ground-breaking facts.
To learn more about the cholesterol lie, check Dr. Dwight Lundell's findings in the Great Cholesterol Lie. Having the power to fight heart disease will give you better control over your health and your life.

Specialists say this will greatly improve survival rates because lung cancer is typically discovered late when tumours are relatively advanced. Cancer is currently diagnosed only after a sample of lung tissue is collected during an invasive biopsy procedure and then analysed. Nearly 40,000 people in the UK are diagnosed with the disease every year.It is one of the country's biggest killers - on average someone dies from it every 15 minutes - and only ten per cent of patients will still be alive five years after diagnosis.
The new test was created by cancer experts at the University of Nottingham, who set up the commercial company Oncimmune to develop it further, and launched it in the US last week. It should be available in Britain next year.
It would involve patients giving a conventional blood sample and could become a routine part of NHS care for people considered most at risk, such as smokers, those with respiratory diseases and those with a family history of the disease.
It is thought that patients will be able to get the test on demand if they go private.
Professor Stephen Spiro, head of thorcic medicine at University College Hospital, London, and one of the UK's leading lung cancer experts said the tests would undoubtedly save lives.

Marketing information products, or e-books, is one of the best ways to make money online. The first thing you should do is research about what the market wants to read in an e-book. After you write your e-book, you need to get traffic to your website that sells your e-book.
What is one of the best ways to get more visitors to buy your e-book?
Articles are the perfect solution. Use the keyword phrases from your e-book to write a series of articles on the same topic. Include a link at the end of each article to encourage visitors to visit your website. Add a brief bio about the author. Best of all, offer a free (but valuable!) "ethical bribe" to encourage visitors to your site.
If you are writing an article that tells your reader how to save money, you can include a resource box like this one. "Stephen Beck has written many articles on throwing a wonderful wedding on a shoestring budget and is giving away a free report entitled, Saving Money While Still Having a Great Wedding. Click here for your free copy."
By clicking on that link, customers are taken to your single page website advertising your e-book. A pop-up requests their name and e-mail address, allowing you to send them a free report on saving money. Not only do you collect contact information, but you benefit from a steady stream of visitors to your website, all fascinated by your topic.
After you write the article, use it for massive e-book promotion. Send it to all the article directories, all the e-zine directories on the Internet. Webmasters love free articles, and rarely have the time to write their own. They dont care that your articles direct the reader to your own website; they only care about content.
By adding articles to webpages and blogs, you gained a reputation as an expert in your field. The backward links (at the bottom of each article) increase traffic to your website, while increasing your ranking in the search engines. This drives a stream of visitors to your webpage, increasing e-book sales.

Famous Chinese Medicine Physicians in History introduces more than 60 prominent ancient physicians that contributed to the development of traditional Chinese medicine over the 5,000 years of Chinese history. These physicians include the best doctors in the history of China, such as “the king of medicine” Simiao Sun who lived 141 years, “the medical saint” Zhongjing Zhang, and “the magic doctor” Tuo Hua. These physicians established the foundation of Chinese medicine, and their works are still valuable and influential today. They invented many earliest treatment methods in the history of human beings, such as the first herbal recipe for anesthesia to be used in surgeries. This introduction is helpful for learning the authentic and classical Chinese medicine, and it makes Chinese medicine interesting and fun to learn.

In this article, we will see the procedures for the treatment of a person if he or she was diagnosed as suffering from mesothelioma lung.
The doctor is usually in the lungs, with a specific cavity thoracoscopy. A cut in the chest and the device is in the breast between the two coasts. This procedure is considered Thorakoskopie. Local anesthesia is, in this patient. There is usually quite experienced, but some significant pressure by the patient.
If the doctor finds abnormal growth of tissue, then the doctor cut a few pieces of fabric. These are then observed under a microscope to see the growth of cancer cells as possible. This process is called a biopsy. Biopsy in all forms of cancer, not the lungs of mesothelioma.
The treatment of lung disease can take three forms.
The first mode of treatment is the operation. This is the main treatment method. The doctor in the town of coating the lungs and surrounding tissue. Lung itself may also be deleted - this process is known as Pneumonektomie. Sometimes, part of the membrane of a muscle under the lungs, can also be removed.
The second is the treatment by radiation. This treatment uses x-rays of high energy to destroy cancer cells. The radiation source can be internal or external. If the radiation from a machine, if it is known as external radiotherapy. If Radioisotopes produce radiation are thin plastic tubes in the lungs, then it is also the internal radiation therapy.
While some fluid in the lungs, the breathing process, the doctor may decide to drain the fluid with a needle to stir in the chest. Suction can then be used for the liquid. The process of removing fluid from the chest is known as thoracentesis. The doctor may take a drug pipe in the lung to prevent further accumulation of fluids.

Betty: spreading thyroid cancer awareness
My name is Betty. Im 49 years old, on the verge of 50, and I live just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Im married, I dont have any children, but I have two wonderful cats. In mid-November of 1996 I had an appointment with my new primary care physician at a major hospital in Boston, just for my annual checkup, and this doctor was feeling around my lower neck and she kind of sat back and looked, felt some more, then she gave me a cup of water and asked me to sip it and she watched as I swallowed, really intently and she felt my neck again and said, Uh-huh. I think you have a thyroid nodule. Dont worry, theyre usually nothing. I had one and it went away by itself, but still, I want you to go and get an ultrasound, and they might want to do a needle biopsy. So, I made the appointment, and a couple of weeks later, I did go for my ultrasound. And sure enough, they found the nodule. There was only one. They did decide to do a needle biopsy. Its called a fine-needle aspiration. They took four samples, each one from a slightly different angle or going in a little bit deeper than previously. I didnt feel any pain, there was a little bit of pressure, but it wasnt bad. I did have a good bruise on my neck afterwards, though, so I told people Id had a date with the vampire Lestat.
Anyhow, a week later I got a call from the endrocrinologist who supervised the needle biopsy. The word was that the results were inconclusive, and that I should have the affected lobe of thyroid gland removed. He then referred me to a surgeon at the same hospital. It was shortly before Christmas that I met with the surgeon, and he explained very carefully the procedure of having a thyroid lobectomy to me, explained the risks, you know, all that sort of stuff. He indicated that there would be a one in four chance that the lump might be malignant and in that case I should then return to have the other lobe removed. But wed find out soon enough after, and thyroid cancer, if it were cancerous, is a slow grower, and so not to worry too much.
Well, I tried to be calm about all this, but the idea of going under general anesthesia and giving up control of my body to people I didnt know, was really scary. You know, and they were going to cut my neck! Well, fortunately my husband was there to kind of try and keep me balanced about all of this.

Is there any promising research or are there promising new drugs for mesothelioma?
Scientists and doctors are engaged in research at various cancer centers all over the United States. Researchers are constantly trying to develop new and more effective drugs as well as new treatment techniques. In the past few years, there have been several major advances in the management of mesothelioma, including more accurate staging, improvements in surgical techniques and postoperative care, new chemotherapy regimens, and new radiotherapy techniques such as intensity-modulated radiation therapy. Some of this research is being conducted through clinical trials, for which you may be eligible. Please call us if you need additional information on current trials.

myHealthfolio can be made available to every Minnesotan, regardless of health status, insurance or employment. Controlled solely by the individual, the platform will allow users to track their individual and family health history, including care received and medications taken. They will also have access to wellness and fitness information, online services to help them manage and improve their health, and information generated by home monitoring devices.
BHCAG and its member organizations believe that personal health information is just that personal, said Deidre Serum, senior director of benefits, Carlson Companies, and chair of the Employers Advisory Group, which is leading the development of myHealthfolio for BHCAG. ve worked diligently to build a tool that meets the needs of consumers, while having the technical capability to connect disparate organizations and sources of information into one, easy-to-use interface for consumers.
According to Pare, several well-known Minnesota employers and health care organizations have already signed on to use myHealthfolio, which is expected to launch in July 2009.
Forward-thinking companies like Carlson recognize that healthy employees are more productive, have less absenteeism and are the foundation for a healthy economy, said Pare. We believe that access to, and control of information in a secure environment is key to helping people manage their health.
Pare added that myHealthfolio will be free of advertising, will be owned by the individual, and access to the data is ultimately controlled by the individual.
myHealthfolio is integrated with Microsoft HealthVault, an open platform that empowers consumers by giving them easy access and more control over their health information, and by enabling the exchange of data to different health care providers and solutions. People can use HealthVault to store copies of their health records from their providers, plans, pharmacies, labs, or employers; upload information from health and fitness devices; share information with loved ones, healthcare providers and trainers; and access products and services.
What differentiates myHealthfolio from other electronic health records is the fact that its completely portable, its untethered to any other entity (such as an employer, provider or health plan), and its integrated into the broader, consumer-controlled, health record-keeping system. This, according to BHCAG, can encourage better coordination of information across the broad care continuum. myHealthfolio is controlled solely by the individual and allows people to track their care and medications, proactively choose healthier lifestyles to lower health risks, and even manage the entire familys health care and data, regardless of changes in insurance, providers or employment status.
The Buyers Health Care Action Group has taken a huge step in providing a universal health information interface for Minnesotans, said David Cerino, general manager of Microsofts Health Solutions Group. They are the first coalition to leverage the power of influence held by a large group of employers to drive consumer access to healthcare data using the HealthVault platform. This is significant in enabling improved health management for individuals and for the health of the state as a whole.
About The Buyers Health Care Action Group
Formed in 1988, the Buyers Health Care Action Group (BHCAG) is a Minnesota-based coalition of public and private employers working to recreate the health care system so consumers will get the care they need in the right place, at the right time and at the right price. BHCAG has introduced a number of nationally recognized innovations in health care contracting, delivery, quality and consumerism. Its current innovations include Bridges to Excellence, a pay for performance program designed to improve outcomes for diabetics and people with heart, vascular disease and depression; eValue8, an assessment of health plan support of purchaser initiatives to improve health care quality; the Chartered Value Exchange, a federal initiative to improve health care value in the marketplace through collaboration; and Aligning Forces for Quality, a RWJ funded project to improve public reporting, quality improvement and consumer engagement in health and health care. BHCAG is based in Bloomington, Minn.

For many people being told that they have cancer is one of
the most stressful times in their lives. Just as we think we
have everything under control, something comes along that
can shatter even the strongest of wills.
Out of the blue, in September 2002, Sara faced one of the
biggest challenges of her life - her mother was diagnosed
with breast cancer. Having nursed her mother through her
illness, Sara took the step of having a mammogram just to
make sure she herself was clear. All over Christmas she
tried to put it to the back of her mind, but she couldn't
help worrying.
On New Year's Eve 2002, she was horrified to learn that not
only did she have breast cancer, but that it was a
particularly aggressive form. Of course, Sara was very angry
at first. She thought, Why me? It would have been better if
I hadn't gone for a mammogram. She was also very scared.
She said, When someone says, You have cancer, you
immediately think you're going to die. I have to wait six
weeks before my surgery and I have no idea how I will stay
sane until then. What on earth am I going to do?"
After a few very bleak days, Sara decided she was determined
not to give in too easily. Her mother had, after all, fought
the disease, so she, too, could do the same. When she was
calm enough to answer her question What on earth am I going
to do? several answers came to her, as she was walking her
dog.
Find out as much as possible about breast cancer.
Talk to other people who have faced similar situations.
Be realistic about what she could change and what she needed
to accept.
When Sara opened her eyes and started to believe that she
had choices, she was amazed at the different ideas that
popped into her head. She discovered practical ways to
prepare her body and mind prior to her mastectomy and
reconstructive surgery. She was able to make a number of
choices in her life, including exercise, changing her diet
and learning how to chill out with meditation.
By the time Sara went into hospital in February, her frame
of mind had shifted from a very negative one to that of how
she could take control of her life. She said, I can't stop
the cancer running through my body but I can change how I
deal with it. It's taking over my body but it doesn't have
to take over my mind. I can control how I deal with it.
Sara is certain that her excessive workload, poor nutrition
and lack of exercise had taken a toll on her body and were
contributing factors to her state of health. She sees her
illness as a new chapter in her life rather than the end of
it. As well as conventional medicine, Sara has also
discovered the power of laughter. "It is impossible to laugh
and feel stressed at the same time. I think laughing brings
about release."
If you are feeling stressed you might not feel like
laughing. But laughter really is the best medicine. As Sara
pointed out, it is difficult to laugh and feel anxious at
the same time! Try it! How do you feel when you have a
really good laugh? As soon as you start to laugh, the power
of the stress is lessened.
I have recently been very involved in setting up a charity,
Clowns in the Sky, which supports children suffering from
brain tumours. Children with tumours spend many weeks in
hospital undergoing painful treatment and we have found that
bringing some fun into their lives makes a huge difference
to their well-being. If they can laugh, so can you!
My favourite films are The Full Monty, Bridget Jones and
Hitch. Why? Because they make me laugh!
This Christmas we tried out a really funny game. Try saying
"purple sprouting broccoli" with your lips over your teeth;
it is almost impossible to do. You will laugh with
frustration that no one can understand you and others will
laugh at you because you look and sound so silly. Don't
worry, everyone including you will be laughing!
Is everything perfect for Sara? Of course not. Her initial
surgery was successful although she was diagnosed with
breast cancer again a few months ago. The fear that the
cancer might return again has always been the hardest thing
for her to deal with and it is something she thinks about
every day. But she feels much more in control of certain
aspects of her life. She is trying to focus on what she can
change, just a day at a time. She still finds the visits to
hospital very stressful, but she doesn't allow herself to
dwell on negative aspects of her illness for too long as she
has found it very counterproductive.
Sara didn't have any choice about having breast cancer. She
did have choices, however, about how she chose to deal with
life each day.
You may not be able to influence and overcome every
stressful situation, but you can take charge over how you
respond.
If you are facing a major change and finding life very
stressful, what changes can you make to how you view the
situation today?
If you want to manage stress in your life, you need to begin
with yourself.
None of us are able to predict the future, but we can make
the present better if we choose to.
What makes you laugh? Do you have a favourite video, a
story, a joke or a friend who helps you to lighten up?
Focus on what you can change and you will start to feel more
in control of your life.

“Seven out of ten employers (71%) offer dental benefits, often using them as the differentiating factor in recruiting and retaining employees.”18 The research shows that the larger a business is, the more likely they are to offer dental benefits. “Among firms with at least 10 employees, 56% offered dental coverage in 2003. Just one year later, that figure leaped to 67%, according to an annual survey of employer-sponsored health plans by Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Dental offerings among large employers (500 employers and up) jumped from 90% to 96% of firms.”20
Unfortunately, many businesses cannot afford to pay all or part of their employees’ dental benefits. “Mercer data show dental costs averaged $577 for all employers in employers in 2003 and edged up to $598 in 2004, a 3.6% increase. Large employers, meanwhile, saw a 5.4% increase from $574 to $605.”20 According to Evelyn Ireland, Executive Director of NADP, “employers aren’t dropping dental coverage, but they’re squeezing the amount of money they’re contributing to it.”20 So as the cost of providing dental benefits to their employees continues to rise, businesses are passing these price hikes on to employees. “The most obvious way for employers to control dental costs … is to make employees pay more.”20
Kirk Rothrock, CEO of CompBenefits, believes that many businesses are shifting the cost of dental benefits to their employees.20 “The biggest trend we’ve seen over the last three or four years is the move from employer-paid benefits to voluntary benefits,” he says. “Employers are saying, ‘I can no longer afford to pay your dental benefits.’”20 The State of the Dental Benefits Market, 2005 confirms that “over 70% of the population is paying at least a portion of their dental premiums” and about 25% are paying for their entire dental premium.16
Many businesses are turning to discount dental plans, an affordable alternative to dental insurance, to defray the costs of providing their employees with valuable dental benefits. Discount dental plans present flexible, affordable dental benefits that are easy to implement and practically effortless to manage. They provide businesses with an ideal way complement their existing benefits and offer a more balanced benefits package. Many businesses are using discount dental plans to offer dental benefits to the people that are rarely covered by traditional dental insurance, including retirees, part-timers, seasonal workers and uninsured dependants.
Discount dental plans are much less expensive than the $600 many companies are currently paying to cover employees with traditional dental insurance. Furthermore, discount dental plans save businesses valuable company time with convenient dental benefit solutions free of tedious paperwork hassles. By giving employees the freedom to choose their own plan, businesses are relieved from the burden of picking dental benefits to fit the unique, individual needs of their diverse workforce. Discount dental plans allow businesses to award their employees with the peace of mind they deserve and the affordable dental care they desire.

Colon and rectal surgeons from NewYork-Presbyterian will be presenting a live webcast June 20th at 8:00 PM on www.OR-Live.com to showcase a new experimental procedure for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Laparoscopic surgery combined with carbon-dioxide isted colonoscopy, allows most patients to return home in less than a day a potential advantage over traditional open surgery, which requires a three-to-seven-day hospital stay. Viewers will be able to email questions for a live on-camera response.

Tonight was Bad Poetry Night.
This is the poem that my Senior Seminar professor decided to read.
Needless to say, everyone was either laughing hysterically or staring in horror.
I can't say I've ever read a sexual act described in such graphic detail, with such gravity.
The Platonic Blow (A Day For A Lay)
by W.H. Auden
It was a spring day, a day, a day for a lay when the air
Smelled like a locker-room, a day to blow or get blown.
Returning from lunch I turned my corner and there
On a near-by stoop I saw him standing alone.
I glanced as I advanced. The clean white T-shirt outlined
A forceful torso, the light-blue denims divulged
Much. I observed the snug curves where they hugged the behind,
I watched the crotch where the cloth intriguingly bulged.
Our eyes met, I felt sick. My knees turned weak.
I couldn't move. I didn't know what to say.
In a blur I heard words myself like a stranger speak.
"Will you come to my room?" Then a husky voice, "O.K."
I produced some beer and we talked. Like a little boy
He told me his story. Present address next door.
Half Polish half Irish The youngest. From Illinois.
Profession mechanic. Name Bud. Age twenty-four.
He put down his glass and stretched his bare arms along
The back of my sofa. The afternoon sunlight struck
The blond hairs on the wrist near my head. His chin was strong,
His mouth sucky. I could hardly believe my luck.
And here he was sitting beside me, legs apart.
I could bear it no longer. I touched the inside of his thigh.
His reply was to move closer. I trembled. My heart
Thumped and jumped as my fingers went to his fly.
I opened a gap in the flap. I went in there.
I sought for a slit in the gripper shorts that had charge
Of the basket I asked for. I came to warm flesh then to hair,
I went on. I found what I hoped. I groped. It was large.
He responded to my fondling in a charming, disarming way:
Without a word he unbuckled his belt while I felt
And lolled back, stretching his legs. His pants fell away.
Carefully drawing it out, I beheld what I held.
The circumcised head was a work of mastercraft,
With perfectly beveled rim of unusual weight
And the friendliest red. Even relaxed, the shaft
Was of noble dimensions with the wrinkles that indicate
Singular powers of extension. For a second or two,
It lay there inert then suddenly stirred in my hand,
Then paused as if frightened or doubtful of what to do,
And then with a violent jerk began to expand.
By soundless bounds it extended and distended, by quick
Great leaps it rose, it flushed, it rushed to its full size.
Nearly nine inches long and three inches thick,
A royal column ineffably solemn and wise.
I tested its length and strength with a manual squeeze,
I bunched my fingers and twirled them about the knob,
I stroked it from top to bottom. I got on my knees.
I lowered my head. I opened my mouth for the job.
But he pushed me gently away. He bent down. He unlaced
His shoes. He removed his socks. Stood up. Shed
His pants altogether. Muscles in arms and waist
Rippled as he whipped his T-shirt over his head.
I scanned his tan, enjoyed the contrast of brown
Trunk against white shorts taut around small
Hips. With a dig and a wriggle he peeled them down.
I tore off my clothes. He faced me smiling. I saw all.
The gorgeous organ stood stiffly and straightly out
With a slight flare upwards. At each beat of his heart it threw
An odd little nod my way. From the slot of the spout
Exuded a drop of transparent viscous goo.
The lair of hair was fair, the grove of a young man,
A tangle of curls and whorls, luxuriant but couth.
Except for a spur of golden hairs that fan
To the neat navel, the rest of the belly was smooth.
Well hung, slung from the fork of the muscular legs,
The firm vase of his sperm, like a bulging pear,
Cradling its handsome glands, two herculean eggs,
Swung as he came towards me, shameless, bare.
We aligned mouths. We entwined. All act was clutch,
All fact contact, the attack and the interlock
Of tongues, the charms of arms. I shook at the touch
Of his fresh flesh, I rocked at the shock of his cock.
Straddling my legs a little I inserted his divine
Person between and closed on it tight as I could.
The upright warmth of his belly lay all along mine.
Nude, glued together for a minute, we stood.
I stroked the lobes of his ears, the back of his head
And the broad shoulders. I took bold hold of the compact
Globes of his bottom. We tottered. He fell on the bed.
Lips parted, eyes closed, he lay there, ripe for the act.
Mad to be had, to be felt and smelled. My lips
Explored the adorable masculine tits. My eyes
Assessed the chest. I caressed the athletic hips
And the slim limbs. I approved the grooves of the thighs.
I hugged, I snuggled into an armpit.
I sniffed the subtle whiff of its tuft. I lapped up the taste
Of its hot hollow. My fingers began to drift
On a trek of inspection, a leisurely tour of the waist.
Downward in narrowing circles they playfully strayed.
Encroached on his privates like poachers, approached the prick.
But teasingly swerved, retreated from meeting. It betrayed
Its pleading need by a pretty imploring kick.
"Shall I rim you?" I whispered. He shifted his limbs in assent,
Turned on his side and opened his legs, let me pass
To the dark parts behind. I kissed as I went
The great thick cord that ran back from his balls to his arse.
Prying the buttocks aside, I nosed my way in
Down the shaggy slopes. I came to the puckered goal.
It was quick to my licking. He pressed his crotch to my chin.
His thighs squirmed as my tongue wormed in his hole.
His sensations yearned for consummation. He untucked
His legs and lay panting, hot as a teen-age boy.
Naked, enlarged, charged, aching to get sucked,
Clawing the sheet, all his pores open to joy.
I inspected his erection. I surveyed his parts with a stare
From scrotum level. Sighting along the underside
Of his cock, I looked through the forest of pubic hair
To the range of the chest beyond rising lofty and wide.
I admired the texture, the delicate wrinkles and the neat
Sutures of the capacious bag. I adored the grace
Of the male genitalia. I raised the delicious meat
Up to my mouth, brought the face of its hard-on to my face.
Slipping my lips round the Byzantine dome of the head,
With the tip of my tongue I caressed the sensitive groove.
He thrilled to the trill. "That's lovely!" he hoarsely said.
"Go on! Go on!" Very slowly I started to move.
Gently, intently, I slid to the massive base
Of his tower of power, paused there a moment down
In the warm moist thicket, then began to retrace
Inch by inch the smooth way to the throbbing crown.
Indwelling excitements swelled at delights to come
As I descended and ascended those thick distended walls.
I grasped his root between left forefinger and thumb
And with my right hand tickled his heavy voluminous balls.
I plunged with a rhythmical lunge steady and slow,
And at every stroke made a corkscrew roll with my tongue.
His soul reeled in the feeling. He whimpered, "Oh!"
As I tongued and squeezed and rolled and tickled and swung.
Then I pressed on the spot where the groin is joined to the cock,
Slipped a finger into his arse and massaged him from inside.
The secret sluices of his juices began to unlock.
He melted into what he felt. "O Jesus!" he cried.
Waves of immeasurable pleasures mounted his member in quick
Spasms. I lay still in the notch of his crotch inhaling his sweat
His ring convulsed round my finger. Into me, rich and thick,
His hot spunk spouted in gouts, spurted in jet after jet.

No other group of people where as pleased to be alive as the patients I used to take for their cancer treatment.
I used to take people to hospital with broken legs, eye problems, back problems, etc.. They all sat their with long faces, like they where on a bus, or in a taxi, going for dental treatment.
Not so my cancer people. It was like being a member of a select club. They would come on-board with stories to tell, greet each other, exchange all types of home made food. I loved Mrs. Lavines . That didnt come out, quit as I planed to say it. OK Mrs. Johnsons, fudge dummies were the best I have ever tasted. Sorry done it again.
The truth is, I miss those Ladies, and Gentlemen. I became friends with many of my patients. I am now retired, but I used to be invited for Christmas dinner, Birthday parties, Weddings, anniversaries, and unfortunately funerals.
I will miss all those lovely people. People who have a passion for life. Its not that they have gone anywhere. Its me, I have moved to Thailand. Thats why I will miss them. I have discovered my life through those great people. It is through my contact with all those great characters, I have found out one thing This is not a practice we only get one life. And they have shown me that I should enjoy every minute of it.
Their is one thing I came across, and I am still finding. Many people dont have an heir, or family to leave their estate to. After some research I found out that in California alone $2.4 Billion in unclaimed property goes up in smoke. It goes to the (BUP) Buriew of Unclaimed Properties.
I have set up a contact web site to help the hundreds of thousands of us who are alone. Why let the government take all our hard earned cash? When all we need to do is set up a reciprocal Will. Its a fact of life, one day we will expire. Lets get together and help each other. It might be you who benefits.
Take a look at http://www.Their4u.com it could be a life changing experience.

Lung cancer is the biggest cancer killer in the country, killing more than 160,000 people a year. Yet the disease remains low on the list of cancer funding priorities. In 2006, the National Cancer Institute spent $1,518 for each new case of lung cancer and $1,630 for each lung cancer death. By comparison, the agency spent $13,452 per death on breast cancer, which takes 41,000 lives annually.
Patients with lung cancer are well aware of the disparity in spending and sympathy, an issue addressed in the latest Patient Voices series by my colleague Karen Barrow.
Because lung cancer is associated with smoking, theres a stigma that makes it a much less sympathetic disease, said Dr. Lisa Wood of Guilford, Conn., who was diagnosed last year with late-stage lung cancer.
Part of the problem is that lung cancer is often so deadly, patients dont have the opportunity to become activists for their disease, said Jerrold Dash, 35, a nonsmoker who received a double lung transplant after developing the illness.
A lot of lung cancer survivors dont make it past five years, so there arent many voices to speak up like the other cancers, Mr. Dash said. I find myself always having to answer the questions: Did you smoke? How long did you smoke? Did you work in a coal mine? Every answer I give them is no.

After three neglected bond tries in seven months, lese majeste suspect Daranee Charnchoengsilpakul holds lost all hope of returning to a life outside prison.
Daranee: Getting out looks impossible '
`` I desire to get out, but it appears impossible, '' MS Daranee, better cognized as `` DA Triggerman '', told yesterday via a little mike at Khlong Prem prison 's seing room.
Her voice was hoarse and her words sounded fuzzed as she could hardly open her mouth to verbalise imputablely severe jaw disfunction.
Wearing a light-brown prison uniform, the 46-year-old woman who was once a primal verbalizer of the Northern alliance for Democracy against Totalitarianism, looks much different now from when she frequently looked on UDD phases last twelvemonth.
She is now weedy, with a glum expression and crouched shoulders. But her eyes still exhibit a strong finding to struggle on. `` I 've lost 15 kilos since coming here, '' she stated.
MS Daranee was collar at her Bangkok place on July 22 last yr on lese majeste charges following her addresses at a UDD rally.
Since so she holds been confined at the Exchange Women 's Correctional Institute in Bangkok 's Chatuchak territory.
On October 9, the public prosecution registered lese majeste charges against MS Daranee, impeaching her of committing the law-breaking on three junctures between June and July last yr. If chance guilty, she could confront a united sentence of up to 45 geezerhood.
Suthachai Yimprasert, a history reader at Chulalongkorn University, holds assay threefold to seek bond for MS Daranee employing his official place as a warrant, but to no help.
The judicature reasoned that the charges against MS Daranee transported really heavy punishments, and that her alleged offense could stain the monarchy, thus allowing her bond could smart the feelings of the Rex 's loyal topics.
The up-to-the-minute bond postulation was submitted to the tribunal on Monday together with a medical credential from the Exchange Women 's Correctional Institute supporting that MS Daranee holds a serious jaw ill. The postulation was rejected.
MS Daranee told yesterday she holded given upwards all hope of ever getting out on bond. She now simply conceives of how to go beastly prison conditions.
`` It smarts me physically and mentally. I should sleep in a really confined infinite with but five bowls of H2O to rinse myself at one time, '' she told.
She likewise shoulds place upward with abuses from fellow inmates and prison functionaries who hold chastening her for demoing discourtesy to the monarchy.
The worst thing, she stated, is the want of good books to read.
Blighter UDD champions, anti-coup pupils and militants, no more come to see her, she told.
Key UDD leaders including Jatuporn Prompan, Veera Musikhapong and Nattawut Saikua, hold ne'er presented up, she stated.
But her senior brother and her attorney still pay occasional visits. Sometimes, aliens demonstrate upwardly to criminate her for diss the Rex.
Enquire what she would care to make foremost if she ever found her freedom, MS Daranee told she would petition the regime to give the Corrections Section more finances to amend the life conditions of captives.
Her attorney Prawais Prapanugool told he holded maked his best to seek tribunal approving for her bond postulations.
According to Article 108 of the Felon Process Enactment, a suspect should be denied bond if he/she was likely to escape or reiterate the offensive he/she was impeached of, or to tamper with informants and grounds, or if the bond warrantor was holded to be undependable.
`` MS Daranee makes not fall into any of those conditions, so she should hold been permited bond, '' the attorney told.
Even suspects charged with serious law-breakings such as first-degree execution, or those confronting corruptness charges, such as Thaksin Shinawatra and his wife, besides as wellknown somebodies confronting similar lese majeste charges, hold been allowed bond, the attorney reason in the postulation for bond for MS Daranee.
Mister Prawais stated he was paid to correspond MS Daranee but declined to state more about the origins of the money.
`` This is not only about money. I ca n't stand seeing a woman conflict this serious charge solely, '' the attorney told.
The tribunal is to begin hearing informants on St john's eve.

Scaramento Bee:
Billionaire investor Warren Buffett has been lauded for his plainspoken denunciation of the greed and foolishness behind the economic crisis. He's pushed the massive federal bailout of imploding banks as the essential response to an "economic Pearl Harbor."
When Buffett speaks, people in high places listen. He's so highly regarded that in a fall debate, both presidential candidates said they'd consider him for Treasury secretary.
A Sacramento Bee examination of regulatory records has found that his extensive holdings in financial firms have made Buffett, the world's second-wealthiest person behind Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates, one of the top beneficiaries of the banking bailout.
Just 28 companies received more than 90 percent of the funds so far disbursed to financial firms by the $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program.
Buffett's company, Berkshire Hathaway, hasn't received any of that federal aid, but Berkshire, based in Omaha, Neb., owns stock valued at more than $13 billion in the top recipients of TARP funds, including Goldman Sachs Group, US Bancorp, American Express and Bank of America, which analysts all thought were in deep trouble before TARP was approved in October.
That total, The Bee found, ranks Berkshire fifth among all investors in TARP-assisted companies. Berkshire's TARP holdings constitute 30 percent of its publicly disclosed stock portfolio, and that proportion reflects at least twice as much dependence on bailed-out banks as any other large investor.
Berkshire, for instance, is the largest shareholder in San Francisco-based Wells Fargo, which got $25 billion 91 percent of the TARP funds invested in institutions headquartered in California.
Buffett increased his bank holdings in September, while he was arguing in the media that Congress should approve the bailout to prevent the collapse of the global financial system.
"If I didn't think the government was going to act, I would not be doing anything this week," Buffett told CNBC after investing $5 billion in Goldman Sachs. "I am, to some extent, betting on the fact that the government will do the rational thing here and act promptly."
The more the bailout props up these financial companies, the more secure Berkshire's and other shareholders' investments in them are. Berkshire shares have risen sharply with the financial sector stock rally in recent weeks, but they're still down nearly 40 percent since September. In Friday trading, they closed at $92,490 a share. . . .
Buffett, whose company is also the largest investor in Goldman Sachs and American Express, declined to be interviewed. In a February letter to Berkshire shareholders, he said that without government intervention, the consequences for the economy would have been "cataclysmic." . . .
Experts agree that preserving a functional banking system, TARP's goal, benefits everyone. In dispute is whether the bailout was the fairest and best approach.
Some say that large shareholders such as Buffett have been the primary, and perhaps only significant beneficiaries of TARP. Bank stocks have recovered significantly in recent weeks Goldman's share price has more than doubled since November and no TARP bank has failed.
Critics, however, worry that TARP propped up Wall Street against bankruptcy at the expense of taxpayers. The Treasury Department expected TARP to get loans flowing again, but the market has barely thawed, and unemployment has surged. . . .
When told of The Bee's findings, Robert Kuttner, the author of a recent best-seller on the economic crisis, said they reveal a bailout program designed out of public view, and one that "reeks of favoritism and special treatment."
"TARP was designed that way," Kuttner said, "to concentrate power with almost no effective oversight. That, to me, is the scandal."
The lack of clear criteria for awarding TARP funds continued after the recent change in government, according to Kuttner and other experts.
"The Obama administration said it would offer transparency and openness. But the single most important thing they are doing is being done largely behind closed doors, and the design is by, for and in the interest of large banks, hedge funds and private equity companies," he said. "Because there are no explicit criteria, it's very hard to know if a Citigroup or a Goldman got special treatment."
The Bee's findings follow a recent controversy over some Buffett holdings that may have contributed to the economic crisis.
Berkshire owns more than 20 percent of Moody's, a top credit rating agency, making it by far the largest stakeholder. Moody's has been faulted for enabling the global crisis by overvaluing mortgage assets.
Although Buffett has been outspoken about the need for government intervention in the crisis caused by the mortgage meltdown, he's said nothing publicly about the role of a company in which his firm is a minority holder.

Toxic tort is a form of personal injury lawsuit that a person files when he or she has been injured by exposure to a toxic chemical. There are four basic kinds: pharmaceutical cases, in which people have been injured by a badly made drug; occupational cases, in which workers are exposed to toxic chemicals while doing their jobs; home cases, in which people are injured by mold or toxic construction materials in their homes; and environmental cases, in which people are exposed to dangerous chemicals in their air or drinking water.
Some people wonder how a pharmaceutical toxic tort is different from a malpractice case: in either one, a patient is injured by treatment given by his or her doctor. The difference is that in a toxic tort, a poorly manufactured drug is responsible for the patients injuries. If the doctor had no reasonable way of knowing the dangers of the drug, he or she is not liable for prescribing it. Pharmaceutical claims are often filed by large groups of people, since drugs are widely distributed.
One of the most common types of occupational tort is filed by workers who have been exposed to asbestos, which has been linked to lung cancer and other health hazards. Some jobs, like construction and certain kinds of factory work, involve a much higher exposure to dangerous chemicals than most people will ever experience. A worker who develops health problems or other forms of injury due to the chemicals he or she works with may be able to file a toxic tort against a third party responsible for the injuries he or she has suffered. If a person files for workers compensation, she or he usually forfeits the ability to sue the employer.
Home toxic torts are relatively rare. They can be filed by people who are injured by dangerous materials used to make their homes, or by people who buy or rent a residence that turns out to be infested with a hazardous kind of mold. Some people consider damage to property caused by chemicals to be grounds for this kind of tort.
Environmental torts are a relatively new phenomenon. They are generally filed against corporations that pollute the communitys water or air resources.
Common chemicals named in these lawsuits are pesticides, asbestos, dioxin/agent orange, and silica. The most common injuries suffered by plaintiffs are berylliosis (lung damage), leukemia (a kind of cancer), sarcoidosis (an immune system disorder, interstitial lung disease and silicosis.

This year I have made a few resolutions to improve my garden, based on last years experiences and shortcomings. My resolutions include mulching, succession planting, staying ahead of the weeds, and tracking the value of my harvests.
Last year when I began our garden it was sort of unplanned and half-cocked. I had a garden in Nashville, but when we moved out to the country it took me a few months, until April/May before I worked up the nerve to ask the landlords if I could dig up a garden, by then it was really hot and really late.
This year I have a nice diagram of what I want where, along with planting dates for succession planting, so we can have beans all spring and summer, instead of a freezer-full all at once.
Leafy greens and quick maturing vegetables are being planted numerous times, every two weeks. I am also doing multiple plantings of summer squash and corn, so hopefully we will have more of a balanced harvest through the fall.
For corn I am growing two heirloom varieties Golden Bantam Improved and Stowells Evergreen. Since I want to save seeds, I need them to tassel at different times so they wont cross pollinate. I have already planted the Golden Bantam which matures in 85 days. I am waiting for the Golden Bantam to germinate before planting the Stowells, which takes approximately 100 days to mature.
Mulching is also something I want to try, to conserve water, control soil moisture and temperature. I hope to use mulches to prolong the harvest of cool season crops, like peas, lettuce, etc., and also control soil conditions for tomatoes, bell peppers and plants that can have difficulty setting fruit in rapidly fluctuating soil conditions. The Cooperative Extension of Virginia has a very inclusive article on Mulching Vegetables, which covers newspaper, grass clippings, and leaves. I am planning to use a blend of deciduous leaves and grass clippings, to counteract the nitrogen-depleting effects that some rapidly-decomposing mulches have on available nitrogen.
I am going to stay ahead of the weeds this year. Last year I think some of my crops, mainly corn, could have performed better if they werent smothered by quack grass. I am going to get out there especially after it rains when weeds are easy to pull and new ones are popping out.
Last year I was totally inspired by the recording keeping of Mrs. Dobby at the Dobbys Pumpkin Patch, who harvested over £1000 of fruit and vegetables from her allotment.
According to my balance sheet I have spent 72.35 on seeds and seed potatoes, this does not included fencing and tomato cages, etc., purchased last year. This year I already have an Excel sheet ready to track my savings! Exciting.
What are your new years gardening resolutions.
