While using Zyban, I personally had no adverse effects.  The pill worked wonderfully and I was able to even be in environments such as bars where many people are smoking and drinking.  My cravings were completely eliminated and it was easy to say no to smoking and feel relaxed without holding or smoking a cigarette.
Which one is the right one for you?  There is no clear way to determine which is best, as both have good and bad aspects to them. The best bet, then, is to talk with your doctor about your own needs and their recommendations.  Often, this personal touch is going to get any questions you may have answered as well.
In some situations, your specific medical condition, or possibility, could limit your ability to use either of the stop smoking pill options on the market right now.
